Any promotion that is outside the date allowed will show as expired.
This can then be edited or removed.
At the bottom-left corner of the Promotions list is a button called Hide Expired.
When this button is pressed, it will change colour to indicate that it is active.
Any expired Promotions will be hidden from the list.
